Support

Have a question or issue with BoulderMaps? Find answers to the most common questions below. If you cannot find what you are looking for, feel free to write to us directly.

How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Sign in". You can register with your email address or continue with your Google or Apple account. Once created, your profile will sync automatically across devices.

How do I log an ascent?

Go to the problem page for the boulder you climbed and tap "Log ascent". You can specify the style (onsight, flash, redpoint) and add personal notes. The ascent will appear in your history and profile statistics.

Can I use the map offline?

Yes. BoulderMaps automatically caches map tiles for areas you visit. Once downloaded, you can browse and view boulders without an internet connection. Ascents logged offline will sync once you are back online.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

From the app, go to Profile > Settings > Report a problem. You can also write to us directly at info@sieteamas.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. We review every report.

Why are my data not syncing between devices?

Make sure you have an internet connection and are signed in with the same account on both devices. If the issue persists, sign out, sign back in, and wait a few seconds. If it still does not work, contact us at info@sieteamas.com.

How do I contribute information about a boulder?

On any problem page you will find a "Suggest edit" option. You can propose corrections to the name, grade, coordinates, or add photos. All contributions are reviewed before they are published.
