Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data stored in BoulderMaps. Once processed, your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

How to request deletion

    Option A (in-app): go to Profile > Settings > Delete account. This action is immediate and irreversible.

  2. 2

    Option B (by email): send a request to info@sieteamas.com with the email address associated with your account and the subject line "Data deletion request".

What gets deleted

  • ✕ Your profile and account data (name, email, photo)
  • ✕ Complete ascent history
  • ✕ Boulder contributions and edits
  • ✕ Uploaded photos
  • ✕ Preferences and settings

What gets retained

  • ○ Aggregated and anonymised statistics (no personal data)
  • ○ Content contributions already integrated into the public database (such as coordinates of new boulders) are retained in anonymised form
