Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using BoulderMaps you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form a legal agreement between you and SIETEAMAS S.L., the service operator.

User account

Some features require creating an account with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 14 years old to register.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully: do not infringe third-party rights, do not submit false data about blocks, parkings or locations, do not reverse-engineer, do not automate usage, and do not attempt to access restricted parts of the system. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

User content

When you upload ascents, photos, videos, comments, block locations or any other content, you retain ownership. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

Premium subscription and payments

BoulderMaps Premium is offered as a subscription managed through app stores (App Store and Google Play). Billing, renewal and cancellation follow each store’s terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, marks, logos and the database of zones and blocks (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by SIETEAMAS S.L. or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

Limitation of liability

BoulderMaps is an information tool for climbers. Climbing carries inherent risks and you are responsible for your own safety. Information about blocks, access, parkings or conditions may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the information displayed.

Changes to the service

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or feature changes. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after notice means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction over the consumer’s domicile under applicable law.
