Limited license
SIETEAMAS S.L. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, install and use BoulderMaps on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not constitute a sale of the application: SIETEAMAS S.L. and its licensors retain ownership of the software at all times.
Usage restrictions
You may not copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the application; decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; resell, rent, lend, sublicense or distribute the application; remove proprietary notices; or use the app for unlawful purposes or to access restricted parts of the system.
Intellectual property
The application, its code, design, trademarks, logos and the database of areas and boulders (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by SIETEAMAS S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved.
App stores and third-party services
The application is distributed through the App Store and Google Play, and its use is also subject to the terms of the relevant store. This license is concluded solely between you and SIETEAMAS S.L.; Apple and Google are not parties to it but may enforce it as third-party beneficiaries. BoulderMaps integrates third-party services subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SIETEAMAS S.L. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, nor that information about boulders, access or conditions is accurate or complete. Climbing carries inherent risks and you are responsible for your own safety.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIETEAMAS S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from the use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in this license excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
Term and termination
This license remains in effect while you use the application. Your rights terminate automatically, without notice, if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the application and uninstall it. Clauses that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
